Adel Hamadi Al Tamimi has been a well known successful real estate developer and contractor since 1972. The business headquarters are in Wakefield, MA. His projects include the development of luxury residential multi-family complexes, single family residential subdivisions, custom homes, high rise condominiums, commercial office buildings, shopping centers, and mining quarry and crushed stone and gravel operation. Mr. Al Tamimi began his career in real estate development and construction management in 1972.
Mr. Al Tamimi has been extremely active in investment and development projects over the past 40 years and has developed a strong reputation in the marketplace as a high quality developer/builder that creates lasting and enhanced value to each of his investments.
Mr. Al Tamimi assembled a team of professionals that have been significant resources in the areas of planning, architectural design, engineering and construction, as evidenced by the attached project list . Mr. Al Tamimi is currently involved in separate projects which are being managed in separate corporate entities. The largest project is under the name of EMROCK AGGREGATE & MINING LLC, headquartered in Dubai, UAE. The branch office is in Sultanate of Oman and involved in mining of limestone and other stone materials, quarrying and crushing operation
The other large project is LOTUS OCEAN CITY, a mixed use development in the most spectacular location in a natural setting in Kandakuliya, Kalpitiya, Sri Lanka, on an ocean shore of the Indian Ocean. The largest site scale and land use of 6.1 km, which is larger than the Palm Jumierah of Dubai, UAE, which is 5.6 km. L.O.C. has been planned as a total environmental experience in a natural setting with golfing, water park, boating, hotel site, marina, golf course, residential villas, and also encompasses Leisure hotels with all the facilities, and Renewable Energy.

1973- Single family residential subdivision of 12 house lots and the construction of 12 homes on Scott Lane, Wakefield MA.
1976- Single family residential subdivision of 15 house lots and the construction of 15 homes on
Hickory Hill Lane, Wakefield MA.
1991 – Performed construction and restoration of docking piers and commercial Marina on Boston Harbor known as Eastport, Boston, Massachusetts.
1991– 2001 Planning the production of mixed rocks and crushed stone and gravel to supply the “Big Dig” Central Artery project and the expansion of the MBTA in Boston, Massachusetts on property located in Saugus, Massachusetts. The site will be ready for the development of a three (300) hundred unit residential community.
1993– 1997 Developed and completed the site work and construction of a residential subdivision consisting of 47
single family homes known as Valley View Estates located in Haverhill,
Massachusetts.
2006 – Present-EMROCK LLC & SFOH LTD Mining of limestone and other stone materials quarrying and crushing operations, established a state of the art quarry and crushing plant facility in the area of Jebel Wasa in the Sultanate of Oman, by bringing together a technical team of highly motivated professionals in the field of mining and quarry operations.
